Through my years of selling real estate, I have lived my mission....and that is to put my clients best interests above my personal business goals. Selling real estate is not about getting a sale and cashing in on a commission check...it's about making sure that my clients are coached to make the best possible decision for their individual circumstances. There have been many times that I have encouraged my clients to walk away from a deal because I saw that it was not in their best interest. Unfortunately, I have seen many agents that found themselves in the same situation that have encouraged their clients to take a bad deal simply because it meant an easier deal and a faster payday.
