Dana Smith

Dana spent 12 years in education and educational administration, the last 8 years locally. She will use her skills and passion for teaching and serving others to help you sell, build, or buy the perfect house for you and your family. Having lived in six different states and nine different houses, she fully understands the exciting process of relocation and how to best accommodate you. With her knowledge of the local market and competitive work ethic Dana has been blessed with remarkable success, most recently being named the Top Producer in Newburgh! Her clients become friends and Dana is so thankful for the relationships that have formed as she is gladly walked through the home buying and selling process with each of them, and she looks forward to the same opportunity with you.

Dana resides in Evansville with her husband, Jody, and their two adult children, Kayla and Cody. Kayla is a former teacher and is now a licensed realtor working alongside Dana . She and her husband, Cam, reside in Boonville with their two dogs. Cody is an attorney for Warrick County and his wife, Savannah, is a nurse at The Women's Hospital in Newburgh. They are the proud parents of Dana's first grandbaby, Charlotte "Charlie" Ruth.. The Smith family is actively and passionately involved with Binding Thread, a local non-profit organization that serves the orphans and widows in the country of Myanmar. They have traveled to Myanmar several times and work diligently here at home to provide resources for survivors of human trafficking in Myanmar and throughout Southeast Asia. Dana is also a board member of Evansville Christian School. The Smiths attend Christian Fellowship Church and plan to make Evansville their forever home.
