My wife and I were first-time homebuyers in one of the toughest markets in recent memory, and we felt super overwhelmed, but Dana guided us through the process and made it infinitely less stressful for us. She was kind, personable, and above all (at least as far as her being a real estate agent goes), she was flexible -- she worked with our schedules and was always able to make time for us to see the houses we wanted to see. We never felt overlooked or neglected in favor of other clients.

She got to know our wants and needs fairly quickly and was able to give us very sound advice as we looked through house after house. Equally as important -- she was super patient with us, especially during those times where we would send her houses to look at, get there, and then realize that they were not what we were looking for at all and were essentially a waste of time. She was ALWAYS very understanding and went out of her way to make us feel like very valuable clients. She encouraged us a ton when we were feeling like we'd never find anything -- working with her was an absolute joy, and we eventually found a house that we are incredibly happy with and that fits us perfectly.

So long as Dana is an agent and we're looking to buy in the area, she will be the agent we go with!
