Dana is amazing to work with. We connected with Dana through a mountain property we were interested in looking at. She responded same day! Amazingly she lined up 12 potential properties for us to look at the next day. After 3 years of looking at properties and several agents who weren't thrilled about helping someone find property so far away from their base, Dana found us our little piece of paradise. She happily met us out at the property on three separate occasions prior to us making an offer so we felt comfortable that this cabin was absolutely the right fit for us. She guided us through the entire process starting with making the right offer to ensure it would get accepted. She stayed on top of and on course of the schedule allowing the property to close pretty close to 30 days after our offer was accepted. The obstacles we went through to get there were no surprise to her through the experience that she already had and she knew exactly how to navigate through them.. We were very thankful and grateful to have taken this journey with an experienced and knowledgeable agent. Having Dana as our agent made all the difference in the world throughout this whole process. Our experience could not have been any better. If you are looking for an agent. Dana is your go-to person. She will go over and above for you. I recently purchased a 3-bedroom two bathroom home in Loveland Colorado. Initially the search wasn't going so well until Dana Walker was recommended to me. My previous realtor and lender were feeding me false truths about what I qualified for seriously limiting my options to purchase a new home. Dana immediately suggested finding a new lender and provided a referral. Subsequent to that the sky was the limit so to speak. Dana was able to find me the home of my dreams.
