About Danell
Arriving in Nashville in 1999 from California Danell was a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator and began her career locally in the mortgage industry. In 2001 Danell transitioned to real estate when the opportunity to assist Micke Andrews with Weichert Realtors in the sale department of a new construction project in West Nashville. Danell became licensed in 2003 as she continued to assume more responsibilities.
In 2006 as the West Nashville project was near completion, opportunity knocked again, and Danell united with the Novare Group and became the managing sales broker of Bennie Dillon, Viridian, and Encore condominium buildings. Dealing with 700+ buyers in those 3 condominium buildings.
Since the completion of the Novare Group projects in 2013 Danell has specialized in helping clients with buying and selling homes throughout Middle TN with an emphasis in client satisfaction and a referral-based business. In 2021 an additional opportunity was presented to assist a large investor group to obtain long-term rentals and she has enjoyed the diversity of this and the opportunity to gain experience more in the process.
Danell is proud of the relationships she has created and will always go beyond to ensure that the clients are pleased with their buying/selling experience.
