Dani not only helped us acquire an investment property but helped to acquire renters in less than two weeks! She generally cares for all her clients’ best interest, including the tenants! Wonderful person all around and would not have anyone else serve our real estate needs.

Looking for an apt for my daughter had been a nightmare. Lots of wasted time and $ without any results. Found a listing Dani had and contacted her. From that point on I realized how easy it was with someone who was professional prompt and helpful. We spent weeks, after contacting Dani my daughter has her 1st home and it took 5 days. After having a less than desirable experience with a previous realtor for an investment purchase in the Pocono area, we were hesitant to work with a realtor for our next investment purchase. Dani was a breath of fresh air! She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, proactive, extremely organized and one of the best communicators that I have come across in my lifetime :).
Throughout our experience, Dani asked the right questions and always genuinely looked out for our best interest. She is not just in to "get a deal" but works tirelessly to run numbers on listings, ensure that the numbers work and advises on types of deals that fit goals and interest. I am also very impressed how integrated the RE/MA Direct team works together to support their clients. There was one time when Dani was away for the weekend and she made sure her broker could show me properties. Dani is one-of-a-kind in this industry. She has a kind heart and is a tough cookie at the same time! Adept and strong negotiator.

I would highly recommend Dani and her team to anyone interested in investing or looking to find a home in the area.

We had the most amazing experience with Dani as our realtor! My husband and I were interested in moving out of state, and Dani was patient and easy to work throughout the entire process. Our house sold unbelievably fast and went for over asking, which enabled us to buy the house of our dreams by the beach. We had an extremely busy weekend of showings, which Dani was incredibly supportive and communicative through.

Dani is incredibly organized, responsive, and extremely proactive when communicating. I recommend Dani and her team to anyone interested in buying/ selling a home in the area. She’s the best!
