HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am so glad I met him at an open house and based on the first impression, decided to have him represent us in the purchase of our home. My first impression did not lead me wrong. Daniel did an outstanding job for us on both the sale of our previous home and purchase of a new home. With regards to the sale, he promoted it extremely well, bringing attention to the home while there were other houses nearby also on the market. He also priced it so perfectly that it was in escrow merely 5 days after being listed – and with more than one offer on the table. He made the selling process simple and easy and provided confidence that helped keep our concerns at bay.
On the purchasing end, he patiently began looking at houses with us while our complicated loan was still in the process of being finalized. Once our loan was in place, he put together a great offer on our home and really advocated for us as if it were his own home. Daniel was very easily accessible and prompt throughout the entire process, which is extremely essential in a hot housing market where houses are moving quickly and even minutes can make a difference of getting and not getting a home.

We actually "met" Daniel through his flier. Something about Daniel's flier caught my eye so I saved it. When our renters gave notice I decided at the last minute to call Daniel and let him know we were having an open house for renters but that we might decide to sell. Daniel stopped by the open house and I noticed right away that he was extremely respectful. He never interrupted us talking to potential renters and he never let on that he was a real estate agent and that we might be thinking of selling the place. My husband was also there that afternoon and both of us were immediately impressed by Daniel. Within a few hours from our "meeting" at the rental Daniel sent a detailed follow up email with information regarding selling the property. The duplex was owned jointly by us and other family members and Daniel worked well, navigating between everyone. The impression my husband and I had the first time we met him was exactly how he was during the whole time we worked with him- always extremely respectful, professional and responsive. Daniel was also always very upbeat, positive and was just a full of good energy person who was so, so easy to work with. Therefore not only did we have Daniel help us sell the duplex rental we had owned for 30 years, my husband and I decided to have Daniel help us do a "1031 exchange" using the proceeds from our part of the sale to purchase another rental. We had never before done a 1031, so everything that went with doing one was new to us, and there are a lot of details and important dates that could not be missed... Daniel helped us through every step of the way (even when we left on vacation during a critical time of the purchase) and he never ever acted like our millions of questions were a bother. In addition to working with Daniel, all of the folks he put us in contact with (1031, Escrow, ...) were also very responsive and easy to work with. Working with Daniel was truly a pleasure, and I'm positive if we're ever looking to sell or buy another home we will undoubtedly ask Daniel to help us again!

My wife and I had no idea what to do when it came to looking for an agent. Daniel Aguilar and his team at New Reality Real Estate were recommended to us by an acquaintance. We had no idea what to expect but we had no one else lined up so we figured why not!

We are SO GLAD we went with the recommendation. Daniel (and his associate in our area: Jeff Kleger) were incredibly quick in responding to my questions, and assuaging any concerns. The document signing process went smoothly with their excellent use of technology (it can almost all be done online!) and he and Jeff negotiated quickly, efficiently, and - most importantly - with my best interest in mind.

There were two things we had to have when it came to the negotiation and Daniel got us both of those things. He even ended up saving us $1,250 near the end of the process when something a bit shady popped up on the other side of the negotiating table. He pointed out the problem, contacted the appropriate people, and saved me that money!

Jeff was the local agent for us and he was always available to do walk throughs/visits to the property and he helped us in understanding the home inspection process and everything we'd be seeing, as well as noticing some potential concerns in the home himself (like a secondary home inspection performed by him). Plus, Jeff, thanks for the beer! It was a welcome surprise that first night we sat in our new home and started preparing for all the work of moving that lay ahead.

I highly recommend Daniel, Jeff, and his team at New Reality Real Estate. They will work their hardest to get you what you want, they will respond to you quickly and accurately, and maybe even save you a little bit extra - on top of getting you the best price possible - like they did with my wife and me.

I'm not normally all that excited when it comes to buying Real Estate, I would rank it somewhere between taxes and the DMV. This time was different, though. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past and I wasn't looking forward to repeating them, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Daniel said something to me in the very beginning of our transaction that really stuck and it set the tone for our entire experience. To him it was an offhand remark, but I was really happy to hear it and even happier to see it play out. We were talking about what makes someone a good agent and he told me that "Real Estate is all about follow through". Now, I've heard that plenty of times before and it's usually just lip service, but not with Daniel. He never let a question go unanswered, never let a situation go unexplained and he never let the listing agent off the hook until she did what she said she was going to do. He explained every step we were taking, was patient with all my questions and he helped us make informed decisions.
