We are very happy with the house Dan helped us get and are looking forward to moving in. He helped with the paperwork, the final negotiations with the seller and always made himself available when we had questions or concerns or just needed advice. I didn’t expect our offer to be accepted and had already mentally moved on to the next option but, somehow, he made it work. Any realtor can just show you a house but it takes a professional to make it happen in challenging circumstances.

I happened to meet Dan at an open house several years ago and I'm so glad I did. Right away, you get the sense that Dan is just a good person. It immediately felt like a genuine connection. He followed up with me after that but it never felt like pressure - just always felt like he was reminding us he was there whenever we needed him. My name is Mike and I've known Dan for several years now. I perform General Home Inspections and Dan has given me the privilege to perform inspections for him and his clients. Now some, or many, may say that this is a "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine" kind of arrangement. Well, please trust me when I say, It's Not! There's alot of risk involved in that kind of arrangement and Dan is an extremely good professional and a craftsman at what he does for a living. You can tell he loves his job! It's apparent that he puts his clients first. He asks me questions all the time, to try and provide the best info he can for his clients. Dan is a hustler and I mean that in the best sense of the word. He hustles for his clients. He makes calls. He calls Inspectors, he calls contractors, he calls anyone and everyone needed to get the job done and the job done right. It is obvious that he is doing what he can to make sure his clients are receiving top quality care during an extremely stressful process. If you've been through this process, you understand how stressful it can be.
You cannot go wrong with the services that Dan provides. I believe you are making a wise decision in using Dan's services as and Realtor/Broker in this crazy business. If my brother in law wasn't a realtor/broker himself, I'd call Dan Andrizzi. He's GOOD People!

Dan Andrizzi is a good real estate agent. We found each other on Zillow. He helped us to find and to buy a suitable house which fits to our interests and wants.
