About Daniel

Daniel Bacon came to Fine Properties in 2017 with 15 years of experience in real estate sales, having formerly being associated with Century 21, RE/MAX and Keller Williams. Having spent most of his life in the Washington, D.C. area he moved to Florida in 2009, and since then has concentrated on waterfront and luxury property on both the buying and selling sides. The diverse exposure during his career has allowed him the opportunity to list and sell many diverse types of properties, from D.C. condos to luxury golf homes in VA, to beach homes, waterfront condos and single-family homes on sailboat water in Florida. He now concentrates his business primarily in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. He considers himself a consultant and information provider, and his reputation in real estate is that of "relaxed professionalism." He will never pressure a client to buy a home but will negotiate aggressively on your behalf once we find the right one. On the listing side he has deep experience in digital marketing and knows exactly what it takes to sell a home in the modern age of real estate. His education was at The University of Virginia, where he earned a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the McIntire School of Commerce. He spent five years in Information Technology in the Dulles Corridor of Northern Virginia before starting out in real estate, and that experience has served him well in real estate.
