Danny was extremely motivated and 100% professional he made sure we had house ready to sell and knew exactly what to do in order to get house sold as quickly as possible . Even came by to help if needed. If you do your part he will go above and beyond your expectations. No one knows how long it will take to sell your home but ours sold the next day after listed I couldn’t believe it. He is also helping us with buying a new home. I can recommend him with a clear conscience knowing he did a great job for us.

Daniel helped me purchase a condo in March of 2020. My experience was very positive. I was most impressed with his professionalism. He always responded to my questions immediately. What impressed me most was how much he knew about the ins-and-outs of different types of construction and issues with different types of property. I learned later that he had 15 years of experience in the construction industry. To me that was a big plus because as a college professor I know very little about construction-related issues. Because of his experience, he was able to point out all the places that needed work so that I could take into consideration before I decided to make an offer. The home inspection report of the condo I decided to buy verified every issue that Daniel had pointed out to me. Because of that the entire process went without any glitch. I closed the purchase on 3/25! I will be working with him again for my next purchase. T. Tan
