Dan is the Founder & CEO of Fresh Start Properties. From day one he had a goal to continuously learn & grow his real estate business. Through hard work & dedication, he was very fortunate to have achieved his goal.

Along with his wife and fellow broker, Denise, they've assembled a dedicated team of professional Realtors serving all areas from Manhattan to Montauk in the sale, purchase, and rental of residential and commercial real estate.

In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public, Dan is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Certifications as a Certified Buyer Representative, Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified, Military Relocation Professional, Real Estate Technology Professional, Residential Short Sale Professional, as well as a Seller Representative Specialist.

Through affiliations with the National Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, and the Long Island Board of Realtors, as well as participating members of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, Dan and the team at Fresh Start are dedicated to providing clients and customers with exceptional service to ensure a smooth transaction.
