Daniel has been trained and inspired in sales by his former Realtor, Mark Watson to pursue a career in Real Estate with Keller Williams. Daniel specializes in helping buyers/sellers and investors with residential Real Estate in North/South Carolina and Colorado. Daniel joined Keller Williams Ballantyne in 2014. In 2015, Daniel was the top producing agent on a team for production and units closed at KW Ballantyne market center. He closed almost 10 million in sales his first year. Daniel is a BOLD graduate, has served on an ALC committee, maps coaching has spoken on master mind panels for mega buyer’s specialist. He enjoys continued education of his profession as well as offering advice to other agents.
Daniel now is the owner of Chilton Homes at Keller Williams in Colorado Springs. Daniel and his team are happy to assist with any residential Real Estate services.
Daniel grew up in the small town of King, North Carolina and moved to Charlotte in 2006 to attend UNC Charlotte for a degree in organizational communications. Daniel worked in the restaurant industry while getting his education and proceeded to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment in several of the top fine dining restaurants in uptown charlotte. In 2014 he attended Superior school of Real Estate and Kaplan University.
He also enjoys the hiking, skiing, running, biking, cross-fit and taking his dogs Rocky and Boadie to the dog park.
