We just completed a highly complex transaction with Daniel that involved many moving parts (hurdles). This included selling our first home (which we also bought with Daniel) and then simultaneously finding, buying, and moving into our “forever home.” And doing that during one of the most competitive buying markets of our lifetime.

From the beginning, Daniel took the time to really understand our goals, concerns, and unique needs. He walked us through the process from the beginning when we first began considering the idea, which to many, seemed impossible! Perhaps even to Daniel, some of our expectations seemed unreasonable. But because of his nature, he still drove forward on the challenge. He huddled with my wife and I on zoom calls, in person meetings, numerous calls/texts/emails… EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. And that’s the premise of this review.

With Daniel, we NEVER felt alone – our needs became his needs. No matter what stage we were at. No matter which professional task we were on (mortgage lender, appraiser, legal/lawyer), he had our back as our advocate and champion. No matter the day, no matter the time, he was always available and there for us… to encourage us, to calm our anxiety when things pivoted, to keep our expectations intact, to advocate for us and to instill in us the needed confidence that we needed to keep going.

Daniel is the epitome of a professional who ALWAYS does the right thing, who ALWAYS holds himself to the highest radical standard of accountability, and who always makes each and every customer feel like his top priority. Because that’s how we felt, every step of the way.

Daniel was recommended to me by one of my close friends and I am so happy to have been able to work with him. He made process of selling my home so easy, even with my husband and I living out of state. He handled every aspect of the sale, from start to finish, even dealing with my unruly tenants and my millions of questions. In the end we were able to get a great deal for our home. Even in times when I was stressed out, he was the calm reassuring voice on the other end of the phone giving sound, positive advice.
