Daniel Damesek

Daniel grew up in the family real estate management company, buying, selling & managing properties in the Bronx and Westchester. After college, he went into owning and operating restaurants in NYC & eventually in Westfield NJ. Twenty-three years later Daniel sold his last restaurant and finally got his real estate license.

Daniel believes in knowing the market, recognizing the true value of a home, and having strong negotiation skills to accomplish his client’s goals. Daniel attended Boston University where he received his b.s. in service management (1991). Daniel has strong negotiation skills with a business background listing homes and preparing clients to sell buying homes and identifying buyers wants and needs.
