Dan is an accomplished real estate professional who has a proven track record of experience in management, training, finance, and support of colleagues and staff within an office setting. Dan's experience with finance began well over twenty years ago and is composed of managing systems and databases, as well as being in control of the daily operations and reconciliation of systems and mechanics. Since initially dabbling in various financial operations, his skills have led him to become interested in property management and real estate. Finance and analytical skills go hand in hand in those fields and ultimately have carried him across his entire professional life.

Managing and investing in apartments and properties gave Dan his first insight into the world of real estate. It was then that he pursued the path he follows today. He is now a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Pennsylvania, serving Philadelphia and all the surrounding counties. Not only has he bought and sold countless residential properties in his career, but he has also gained an awareness and knowledge of what it takes to successfully manage and sell commercial real estate. It takes a consistent mindset of understanding fluctuating market trends and neighborhood demographics to create a trusting network of clientele, and that is exactly what Dan has been able to do. Maintaining, engaging, and properly nurturing his client database has been and always will be the biggest component of why he loves what he does.
