We all know that right now it is a tough real-estate market. Working with Dan as our agent made this experience much more pleasant for us (both selling and buying). He is extremely knowledgeable in ALL areas of home ownership— from critically examining potential homes with us, communicating with us and other realtors, responding to questions, to the paperwork through settlement. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this entire process. He helped us sell our house for over asking price and to buy our dream house. He always made time for us and was able to stop everything and show us any house we were interested (which was a lot). He made the process easy for us and gave us valuable feedback every time we looked at a house. If we ever decide to sell again we would use Dan without hesitation.

Dan was a great realtor! He explained the process (selling) in detail. He made sure to check in with me to see if I needed anything.
I ran into a few problems with my home and a contractor and Dan was quick to provide a solution. I would definitely use him again. He made selling my home a breeze. Also, I loved that he hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my house and they came out amazing. If you're looking to sell or buy Dan is your guy!

I contracted with Dan Drechsler to sell my first home and buy my second. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market in my area. He provided feedback about what we needed to do to make the house ready to put on the market and gave us multiple options. Dan was great! He was patient, attentive, and reliable. After years of looking for the perfect home, he was able to make it happen! He is also very knowledgeable and taught my husband and I a great deal throughout this whole process.
