Born and raised in The Rio Grande Valley, Daniel has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Daniel is a proven industry veteran and over the course of his career, he has closed over One Billion Dollars in transactions in the South Texas Region. His areas of expertise cover all commercial and investment real estate sectors, including Corporate Real Estate, Development, Brokerage, Project Leasing, and Property Management.

Coupled with a career of working with many regional, national, and international organizations, including Circle K Stores, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, The United States Treasury, Orange Theory Fitness, Tractor Supply Company, Easter Seals, Dunkin, Jersey Mikes Subs, iHeart Media, The Catholic Diocese of Brownsville, and many others, his contribution to the economic development in South Texas is undeniable.

Over time Daniel has built strong ties to his community where he is recognized and trusted as a local expert in real estate. He received a bachelor’s degree in business finance in 2006 from The University of Texas at San Antonio and simultaneously became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2008, Daniel became a Licensed Broker in the State of Texas and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial. His motivational and diligence attributes quickly earned him the Coldwell Banker Commercial “Rookie of the Year” award in 2008. In addition, Daniel has been part of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Circle of Distinction since 2012, is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and in 2018 was named to The Real Estate Forum’s Top 50 under 40 in Commercial Real Estate. Most recently in 2023, Daniel was recognized by REDnews as a “Commercial Real Estate Icon” in The State of Texas and was recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial as the #1 Professional in the Nation.

Daniel’s commitment to his community has catapulted him to many leadership roles within local and regional organizations. Daniel is a Past President of the McAllen Rotary Club and has served as a Board Member at The Palm Valley Animal Society and Rio Grande Valley Partnership. He has shared his expertise through Commercial Real Estate Trainings at the local Association of Realtors and has served as a Panel Moderator for The International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, he serves on the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board and was recently appointed by Most Reverend Bishop Daniel Flores of the Catholic Diocese of Brownsville to the Diocesan Real Estate Advisory Board.
