Daniel Garvey

Daniel Garvey has been a key figure at CrestWood Communities, where he first joined in 1993 part-time and transitioned to full-time in 2000. As the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance, he oversees critical business operations and financial strategies for the company. His expertise in economics and finance has been instrumental in the growth and success of CrestWood.

Daniel earned both a BS in Economics and a BA in Finance from California State University Long Beach in 2000, the same year he became a licensed real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate. These credentials have fortified his leadership in real estate and operations, positioning him as a pivotal member of CrestWood’s executive team.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Daniel is devoted to his wife and two children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and loves to travel with them. He is also to dedicated to teaching his children the importance of philanthropy and community involvement.
