Dan is Amazing! I can't believe how lucky we got! He helped guide us through this process in the craziest housing market on record; with the hand of a surgeon. We found the home we love, for less than expected, and exactly where we wanted. You couldn't hope for more! His knowledge is second to none! Looking through house after house he was able to help guide us by showing us things that most people would not have seen until they had an inspection after their offer; losing valuable time. This was a tremendous help, because if we had waited we would've missed out on our dream home. I challenge anyone to find a better realtor, because one simply does not exist.

Dan Is One of the Best of the Best. He is very straight forward with his clients, truthful and gets back to you if you have a question or concern in a timely manner. Dan also takes on himself to do the other Realtors tasks when they drop the ball and gets the job done for a smooth transaction and closing. I can not express how much we enjoyed working with Dan. We will definitely send our friends and family to Dan.

Dan took the time to show us the houses we needed to see in order to find the best house on the market. He thinks ahead while viewing/showing a house and offers great ideas and suggestions. He can inspect a home and give you a truthful and honest opinion on future problems, repairs and things to consider. He tries to find the right home for you and not just sell you on every home you see.
