Daniel Gottesman

Dan Gottesman has spent the last 25 years as both a real estate broker and a developer. He has successfully collaborated with buyers and sellers in hundreds of high-end luxury property transactions.

Since forming the Gottesman Chapin Group with Sam Chapin in 2015, Dan and Sam have sold over $65,000,000 in luxury real estate, making them one of the region’s top-producing teams. In 2017, they had the highest waterfront sale on all of Lake Washington for the prior two years ($9,950,000). They also sold the highest single lot, non-waterfront sale in Mercer Island history ($4,550,000).

Since the age of 19, Dan has been an avid real estate investor and developer in Seattle’s University of Washington district. He currently owns and manages a large portfolio of residential and multi-family buildings there. Dan's extensive background in residential and multi-family properties gives his customers extreme confidence when purchasing their next home. Growing up in the Seattle/Mercer Island area and later attending the University of Washington has made Dan a market specialist in the high-end luxury market. Dan has two daughters and, occasionally, a Pug named Gigi.
