Without Daniel in the Gerdes team, I wouldn't have been able to close on my dream home! This was my first time buying a home and he was incredibly helpful, informative, and resourceful throughout the entire process. With his expertise, I was able to place a competitive offer on the house I fell in love with and had my first offer accepted! In this market, I wasn't sure I would be able to get any house, let alone only having to make 1 offer.

Additionally, he made the process very smooth and kept me informed continuously of any updates and what the next steps will be in the process! Daniel was incredibly resourceful at dealing with some unexpected situations that came up and made sure I was able to move-in on my schedule. Additionally, he always responded immediately to any messages I sent him and was very helpful at answering any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Daniel and the Gerdes team to have a smooth home purchasing experience!

Daniel was incredible to work with every step of the process. As first time homebuyer’s, we could not have felt more comfortable. A skilled negotiator who always looked out for us, and in the end got us into our dream home. All around a great guy and cannot recommend him enough!
