I had at first hired another realtor and my house was on the market for six months. I switched to working with Dan and my house sold in two weeks for a fair price. Dan did a thorough market analysis to help me set the right price and helped me think through what was necessary for staging and what wasn’t. He immediately had a group of realtors tour my house and started setting up showings. Once there was an offer, Dan made the inspection and closing process stress free. I would highly recommend Dan. He is a knowledgeable and experienced realtor and we felt very fortunate to have him on our side.
