Dan is amazing to work with.
He really listened to what we said what was important to us in a home, even though we were unsure of what kind of home we wanted or where.
We were sure of when we wanted to buy and some key things that we had to have.
He sent us homes to look at online every week and if we had any questions or wanted to see them he was on top of it right away. We started looking really early but he was still happy to help us.
He knew the minute that we walked in that we found our home because he took the time to get to know us and our needs.

Dan was referred to me by my brother. With his planning, we put my house on the market in the middle of winter. (That's a "bad" idea according to the books).

Well on the first day it was listed there were several appointments made. By the 2nd day, (Sunday) there had been 27 showings, an open house, and 2 super offers!

I have not had this kind of response in any of my previous 3 house sales. Dan is definitely The Man, to help you with your home sale!
