About Daniel

Dan is from Steuben County, Southern Tier where he grew up on the family farm started by his father. Dan, with his family of three children, currently reside just outside the city of Hornell, in Hartsville, NY. Dan attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford graduating in 2011 with a double major in Business Management and Accounting.

His professional career started in the land industry where he worked across several states in the northeast, negotiating land deals for several different companies. A strong desire to raise his family and live in the region where he grew up led him to become a full-time licensed real estate broker in 2017. In 2019, Dan established himself as the leading sales agent in the company and is the leader of land sales in Steuben County, NY.

He prides himself on hard work and honesty which was ingrained in him at an early age. Dan has a strong understanding of what the area offers and knowledge of the local farming practices. He is an avid outdoorsman with a strong passion for hunting Whitetail and Spring Turkey. When he is not out showing property, he enjoys spending time with family and coaching youth sports. Dan enjoys the freedom of owning and managing his own properties while also helping on the family farm.
