Buying a house can be a scary process. Daniel helped me so much having the best experience buying a house. Daniel answers his calls/texts at all times of the day or night, he is patient, and makes the whole experience from start to now make sense, is as simple as it can be and doesn't stop working with you even after the house is sold. I know I can trust Daniel with any questions and he can give you the motivation you need to buy a house as fast as possible and easy as possible along with his team of awesome people who I felt were amazing at what they do. Dan is absolutely wonderful to work with! We relocated from out of state about a year ago and Dan went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home! He showed us multiple homes over FaceTime and once we found the right home, he made the buying process so easy! About eight months into our move, we decided we wanted to move closer to family and so we reached back out to Dan. Dan once again went way above and beyond to help us buy the home of our dreams! I had a wonderful sales experience with Dan. I moved from Acworth, Georgia and bought a beautiful home in Ashland City, Tennessee. Dan helped my daughter find her dream home and she referred me to Fan. He found home within 15 minutes of my daughters home. Since I was out of town and could come for the walk through Dan did it for me! He also showed me a jouse using facetime when I could come up to view the home as it was during the Christmas holidays. Dan is the MAN! Call Dan on Thursday morning looking for a house for my family of 5. Dan found us a new construction home that fitted our needs within 2 hours! Dan did a great job helping us find our new home! He met us to show homes practically all over the state of Tennessee until we finally found the right one for us.
