Daniel Jerrett

Daniel Jerrett has been serving Sacramento since he was 7 years old. It all started with delivery of beverages and coffee refills to patrons of his mother’s West Sacramento diner, Carol’s Restaurant. Daniel found someone who shared his passion for serving people early on. He and Donielle were high school sweethearts and married in 2006.

In 2005, they bought their first home and made a discovery that would change their lives forever.

In 2017, they launched The Jerrett Real Estate Team. “West Sac Dan” became known as the go-to agent for buying, selling and investing in Sacramento-area real estate. Their hallmark hustle helped them achieve Master’s Club status since 2016 and made them the #1 agents in West Sacramento in 2020.

Their custom approach to service makes them ideal for clients from first time home buyers to luxury listings. The goal is for every client to have peace of mind, be educated in the process and trust them as the experts in your corner. They use modern methods to market listings in order to maximize client profits. Buyers have strategic negotiators on their side to get their offer accepted. When they are not serving clients, they have taken roles as the President of West Sacramento Girl’s Softball League and have been leaders in both the children's and youth ministries of Horizon Christian Fellowship. The Jerrett’s can also be found serving food to the Sacramento homeless through Bread of Grace Ministries regularly.
