My experience with Daniel has been amazing from the start to the end! He was patient no matter how many times I called him to ask small questions and always picked up the phone. Daniel made sure to communicate every step of the process and provided many different strategic insights from his many years of experience.

Honest, Perseverance and Diligence comes to mind when I think of Daniel. My wife and I could not be happier with our new home. Knowing that we were first time homebuyers, Daniel made sure to be with us every step of the way and made the process seamless for us as possible. Despite the stress and anxiety that almost left us hopeless (looking for a home in April, during the peak of the housing craze was tough), Daniel continued to support us with his positive energy, and in the end helped us find the perfect home. Despite the competitive market and pandemic, he went out of his way to look at different homes with us to ensure that we don’t miss out on any opportunities. When it came time for negotiation, Daniel worked tirelessly to fight on our behalf. Thanks to his persistence, our offer was accepted even though it was $10k under the highest offer.

Daniel Ji has been an excellent real estate agent who helped my wife and I find our new beautiful home. We first worked with him back in October 2020. He is professional, responsive, works hard for his clients, very knowledgeable of the housing market, and is great with financial advice. When Daniel put our condo on the market, we had 14 offers within 3 days and quickly sold our home above asking price. When searching for a house within a busy and competitive market, he took his time to show us a series of homes every week. He was proficient & timely when negotiating with other agents and he was very patient with us until we found the home that we wanted. After 4 months of looking, Daniel helped us finalize the purchase of our new house under asking price. We were most impressed when he dealt with the very difficult agent/seller upon closing our purchase. He protected us from misleading contingencies and worked behind the scenes making it as smooth as possible for us. Overall, we have high regards for Daniel Ji and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
