Dan was raised in southern California, his studies included Business Law and Business Administration. After working in manufacturing with a large corporation for many years he took a trip to New Mexico and visit his brother who just finished his tour in the Army, from then on Dan wanted to Live in the beautiful state of New Mexico. He started working for a great company called Rio Grande, The Bell Group in Albuquerque. This job was great, with the Bell group came international travel , visiting several countries, India, Switzerland, Italy, Haiti, Mexico, and others. Traveling and working meant time away from home and family.Dan and Lora had purchased and sold property of their own for years, handy man specials, vacant land you name it.
Dan has taken the marketing side of The Kniffin Team, and created great ways to market their listings . Using the technology and strategies new to real estate industry and the knowledge gained from his customers, he and Lora would love to make your home Buying and Selling a great experience.
Dan and Lora also own Prairiewood Ranch in the East Mountains. Animal enthusiast, raise miniature dairy goats, paint horses, cats and dogs. Dan’s interests outside of real estate include: Gardening, Cooking, Fishing and Entertaining with Family and friends.
