Daniel LeFever

Daniel Le Fever is a Commercial Counselor and Advisor and licensed salesperson for Mark Stryker Realty, LLC, who specializes in consulting and valuation. Dan’s knowledge of real estate and management combine together to guide clients through the real-estate process.

He is a seasoned senior operations and management executive with exceptional skills in driving market share, revenue and profit growth. Adept at helping clients identify and evaluate business assets and liabilities, Dan has a knack for developing action plans that bring results. He likes diverse situations and markets. His talents include strategy planning, P&L management, acquisitions, new-business development, crisis management, and team-building. He is also experienced at writing commercial real estate appraisals.

Dan is currently Vice President of the Hudson Valley Chapter of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), a member of the Town of Olive Planning Board and a current committee member of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past member of the Ulster County Planning Board.
