Daniel was born in Guatemala City, the beautiful capital of the "Land of Eternal Spring." In 2002, his family moved to Northern Virginia, where he has lived ever since except for four years in Egypt. Being fortunate to have experienced many different countries and cultures is one of the reasons he loves living and working in the capital region. It is truly a melting pot of humanity! The history and architecture are also appealing to him.
After finishing high school in Northeast D.C., he graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax. Daniel's real estate career started during his sophomore year of college when he joined a local real estate team as a courier. He'd drive around the area installing directional signs and running errands for the team, all while learning about the different streets and neighborhoods. Over six years later, he now works as a full-time real estate agent licensed in D.C. and Virginia, helping people lease, buy, sell, and invest in local real estate while maximizing their bottom line. Having successfully completed almost 200 transactions, he's gotten to tour thousands and thousands of properties in our area and has learned how to spot value & opportunity. In his opinion, owning real estate is the best way to build long-term wealth, and what better market to invest in than in and around the nation's capital?
