I am a lifelong resident of Delaware and Chester Counties. I have lived in Kennett Square since 2004 with my wife Alison where we raise our three children Avery, Sunday and River. For 22 years I was a chef at two of Philadelphia's greatest restaurants Le Bec Fin and Brasserie Perrier where I worked my through the ranks and was promoted to Chef de Restaurant.
