Daniel Marks

Daniel Marks, CCIM began his real estate career in 2006 as development manager for a regional retail developer. In 2011, he founded this firm to focus on distressed asset dispositions and providing brokerage services to a national retailer expanding across the southeast. Daniel joined Nichols Land and Investment in 2014 after he and his wife, Melissa, moved to the Athens area to raise their 3 children. Daniel re-engaged his firm and stepped away from a successful 6-year tenure as associate broker and developer with Nichols Land in 2020. He leverages his 15+ years of commercial real estate experience across multiple disciplines and economic cycles to deliver services that exceed the expectations of clients.
