Dan is one of the nicest person you’ll ever meet. He is patient, responsive and willing to give up his time to help you when ever you need.

As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and concerns. We didn’t want to feel like we were bothering our agent when ever we had a question any time of day. Dan, was available and taught us so much during this process. He was so good, we felt we could be agents in the future.

Dan Marr is not just a top notch Realtor, he is an exceptional person. His personal character resonated through every aspect of selling our home.
I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. He is golden!
Dan educated us when we had questions - literally 24/7!! - he provided unbiased information that helped us in our decisions, and always respected our opinions. He offered excellent advice if asked, and if he had valuable suggestions, would always be very clear the information was provided to help us, and not to steer our course one way or another. Dan took the time to understand the emotion attached to our particular circumstance of selling a long time family home. He listened to family stories, and understood the love that gave our house life. I am sure that personal interest helped find the perfect match of a beautiful family that will now create more great memories there. Dan helped me from day 1 to closing day. My wife and I would look for a home, go see a few with Dan and then back out as we were not ready. Dan never gave up! He is hard working, persistent and gets the job done. He was never pushy and always let me steer us in the direction I wanted to go.
