Daniel was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and obtained his MFA in Industrial Design from Georgia's prestigious Savannah College of Art & Design. Initially, he was a lead merchandiser for the Italian luxury goods powerhouse Fendi. There he increased his knowledge of the luxury market and high-end consumer demographic. Later he enjoyed a successful career in upscale, multi-family property management. In that role, he discovered he was a natural at strategic sales and marketing as he consistently exceeded property occupancy and sales goals. Additionally, Daniel has collaborated with builders and contractors alike on large-scale, multi-family developments and renovation projects and is well-versed in all aspects of new construction. Today he applies his well-rounded experience to residential real estate.
