Had a very great experience purchasing my first home ever. i was only 22 and very nervous but Dan made the purchase very easy. I work a messed up schedule but Dan made it work meeting me on short notices and pretty much anytime of day. I would refer dan yo anyone buying a house as my parents referred him to me after he helped them purchase their house.
