I recently had the privilege of working with Daniel as my real estate agent, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From day one, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping me selling home after my previous Redfin agent failed to sell my home after 4 months. Daniel is super knowledgeable about the market and went the extra mile to got me a deal within 2 WEEKS with my desired selling price!!! I still have no idea how he did it!!!!!

His entire team, including the attorney he recommended, was equally impressive. They were efficient, kept us informed at every stage, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. With Dan, I felt completely supported and confident from start to finish. Daniel is by far one of the greatest realtors I have ever met. He consistently went above and beyond his duties. He coordinated various companies and contractors to help clean, repair and renovate the home prior to sale, including frequent home checks, quickly identifying issues, including burst pipes and provided advice regarding repairs. I was out of state trying to sell this luxury home in Winnetka in an estate sale and I could not have asked for a better or more reliable advocate. His level of communication and accessibility made a huge difference. He was able to connect me to a wide variety of contractors and companies including plumbers, electricians, painters, landscapers and roofers. He canvased the neighborhood, spoke with neighbors to help find solutions or identify problems before getting out of control. I am 100% certain that it was thanks to his help that we were able to sell the home for top dollar, several hundred thousand dollars more than we would’ve been able to while saving me hundreds to thousands on a project manager or return trips to find, coordinate, and supervise the various projects that were needed to sell the home. He provided great guidance regarding not only repairs, but pricing, repairs and negotiations to the last minute of closing. He demonstrated an experience with a work ethic and genuine kindness that doesn’t exist in many professionals these days. I would give my sincerest endorsement that if you need an outstanding realtor, Daniel is the one you need.
