Daniel has been navigating real estate transactions, major remodels, and property management for over a decade. This experience has naturally developed into a passion for real estate, where his strong work ethic fuels his desire to be an aggressive and reliable advocate for his clients.
Born and raised in Concord and Walnut Creek, Daniel excelled in competitive sports while attending De La Salle High School and California State University, East Bay. He got his start as an aspiring entrepreneur in the real estate industry in 2008. Since then, Daniel has been advising and educating on investment opportunities and has expanded his portfolio to include a variety of options including rentals, flips and three local food establishments, two of which he directly founded.
Operating in these highly competitive sectors, Daniel has gained a unique skill set and perspective of what people love. In his search to provide value and success to his clients, he utilizes the latest marketing tools and technology to achieve maximum exposure for his clients and their homes.
Having lived in the area his entire life, Daniel is very familiar with neighborhood trends and the small housing bubbles that certain sectors may experience. His deeply rooted ties to the community, friends, and family allow him to close generational gaps and the ever-dynamic environments around them.
