Daniel Mulvihill has helped me sell three homes and buy two over the past 15+ years and has always done a fantastic job. He listened to what I wanted, to any suggestions that I made, and went above and beyond in all aspects of my sales and purchases, including getting the homes ready for sale, ie: painting, repairs, etc., and then also with packing and moving out of the homes, ie: helping with finding movers and dumpsters for cleaning out no longer wanted items.
