When I first walked into the home I was nervous because it would be the first one I would purchase. When I met dan he made it very easy for me. Not only did he know what he was talking about (when I had no idea) but he always picked out the positives and neg about the home you are looking at. When it came time to sell our rental property in Lawrenceville, I contacted our rental property management company and they suggested Dan Nelson. Since we live in California and the rental was in Georgia, everything was handled by phone or email.
