Daniel helped my mother sell the family home of 50 years, so she could move on from this obligation, to the next stage of her life. Daniel was professional, personable, patient, compassionate, an excellent advocate for us - just an all around great human to work with. This was not an easy transaction, both emotionally for my mother, and due to a shifting local real estate market, and a unique property, but Daniel handled it all with grace. Thank you Daniel! I know my wife left a review, but I also must take the time to recommend Daniel. He made our first home purchase the most rewarding experience. Daniel is more than a realtor; he's your "house buying mentor". His advice and knowledge are invaluable. And being first time buyers we had a lot of questions and fears, but he made us comfortable and spent a ton of time preparing us for the entire process.

He's very experienced, well connected, but most importantly he's sincere and genuine. It was obvious that he believed in our goals and had every intention to help us succeed. He joined us at every open house. He was honest about the condition of the houses, the neighborhoods, and how they all fit into our long term goals. I can't recommend him enough.

My husband and I just bought our first house with Daniel's help. We're so happy he was the one to guide us first time homebuyers through everything. Sure he's super fun to chat with and hang out with, but more importantly he was so supportive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

He's been doing this for a while so he can help with every aspect of the process, from pointing out particularly good or bad structural integrity of a house, to estimating how much a future renovation might cost, to knowing characteristics of the neighborhood or even street the house is on, to having contacts for everything from plumbers to landscapers to handymen.

It's obvious he genuinely enjoys and cares about his work, so I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Daniel was an absolutely excellent realtor for my wife and me this past summer. I chose him from a cold call over several others that had been recommended to me, because I could sense the genuine caring and transparency from our first contact. We had tenants in place, along with some hillside concerns, which made for a sale that required patience and expertise Daniel shined in both areas, and was always willing to speak at length about the process. While most homes in such a hot market essentially sell themselves in a few days, the circumstances for my home needed extra time and commitment and Daniel was pleasant and understanding throughout. He arranged countless vendors and essentially did all of the groundwork for a necessary updating job for the property, and his strategy worked as perfectly as planned. I cannot endorse his services enough.

When you mention to anyone that you are looking to buy or sell a house the first thing they say is “do you have a realtor?”. Then you are told how great their realtor is the greatest.

Well, unless they are recommending Daniel then they are doing you a disservice as the true greatest realtor in the area is Daniel.

We have worked with Daniel to buy our first house, sell that house and now purchase or new house.

Each time Daniel has gone above and beyond to help us out. With both times signing he has been there to explain the forms for us and help with our children. Something we honestly never expected of him!

When selling our house he knew the right time to list it, how to stage and had contacts to help with every aspect of our move and sale.

If you have any doubts how committed Daniel is then search for Big Foot Realtor on google and you will see that Daniel has one of the top three listings on Zillow!

We couldn’t have wished for a better realtor at every stage of the process. I wonder if we might not have lost the bid on our current house if it wasn’t for the hard work on Daniel’s part to help us complete the deal and close in record time during COVID. When it comes to making a the right bid on a property then timing is a major factor and Daniel was there when we found the house we wanted.

Now that we have purchased the house with the help of Daniel we have contractors and work scheduled so that we can get a lot of it out of the way before moving in or as soon as we have moved in.

So if you want a realtor that you can have confidence in securing your dreams of selling or buying then Daniel is the man to call.
