Daniel Paley is a southern born Texas native. Growing up, he knew that working with people was something he wanted to do. Being born in San Antonio, Texas, and working in the real estate industry for almost 10 years, Mr. Paley has gained the experience, knowledge, and education to give his customers the best service for residential and commercial real estate that there is to offer.
Galo Properties, a local real estate firm in San Antonio, was Mr. Paley's first introduction to residential and commercial real estate development. At Galo Properties, Mr. Paley learned hands on what it took to develop a piece of property from being available for purchase to seeing it completely developed from land surveying, construction, to final development.
Mr. Paley then graduated from UTSA with a bachelor's in Political Science and received his Texas Real Estate license from the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Mr. Paley actively continues his education in the real estate industry by attending real estate networking events, seminars, and other educational lyceums that give him an edge in knowing exactly what the market is doing. Mr. Paley believes that in order to be a trustworthy real estate specialist, you must be the expert in your industry.
Daniel Paley says that, "Its's important to know everything about the property I help customers buy or sell. I love to pay attention to detail, not only about the property itself, but also about the area surrounding residential or commercial property in the San Antonio area. Outside of his real estate endeavors, Mr. Paley enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, taking cruises in the Texas Hill Country, and dining at locally-owned restaurants in San Antonio, Texas, and in the Texas Hill Country area.
