We had some very tricky contract and rent back situations that he was very helpful in both educating us on various routes/methods we could take, as well as making sure we made sound financial decisions. I truly felt he had our best interests in mind and had our backs. Daniel was a great realtor to work with. He actually represented the seller in our transaction (we were the buyer), but his knowledge, expertise and availability (when we requested to see the progress of the house - multiple times!) definitely made my husband and I confident that this was the house for our family. When I spoke with Daniel, I felt like he was truly invested in our desires and wanted to make sure we had no unanswered questions. Daniel even took the time to high-five, entertain, and even hold our 18 month old baby during walk-throughs. This may not seem like a big deal, but it allowed us to focus on the walk-through, and not the constant demands of an 18 month old. :) I really appreciated him going the extra mile to make our life a little easier. It may seem unusual to review the realtor on the other side of the transaction, but I would be doing a disservice to Daniel and anyone interested in purchasing a home if I didn't at least share my wonderful experience. We are considering investment properties in the future, and Daniel will definitely be our realtor. There is no other way to go!
