About Daniel

Daniel Pass is the Broker Owner of Catch & Release Real Estate, Two Rivers Inn & Thermopolis Fly Shop. For years he's been guiding both fly fishing and real estate clients in the state of Colorado, specializing in Jefferson, Adams and Denver counties, but having helped folks buy all over the city and state since getting his real estate license back in 2001. He's learned so much over the years from his clients and enjoy sharing his knowledge too. Together as a team it's his pleasure to 'guide' you along the real estate path to help you achieve your personal and investment goals.

Looking towards the future it was a dream of Dan's to own rental and commercial property for investment purposes, he also highly encourages the same for his clients. After he bought a small hotel in Thermopolis, Wyoming to turn into an apartment it dawned on him that with it being so close to the world famous Big Horn River, he was sitting on a perfect place to start a fishing store, lodge and guided outfitting business. After many years of hard work, the hotel and fishing business are now open for business being run by an excellent hotel manager and several guides who work for him, allowing him to again focus on real estate here in the greater Denver area. With this experience under his belt, he'd love to help you with your local real estate goals and beyond!
