Born into Real Estate and being a lifelong resident of Long Island, it was only a matter of time until Daniel’s interest in Real Estate turned into passion. As a young entrepreneur, he has quickly grasped the key fundamentals that make a good agent, a great agent. Accountability, Professionalism, Tenacity, Reliability, Ethical to name a few. After nearly a decade in Real Estate, Daniel has proven year after year that his accomplishments are the fruit of hard labor and devotion to his work.
As a result of his performance, Daniel has been the recipient of Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s “Leading Edge Award” several times. Putting him at the top 16th percentile of agents in his company nationwide. Additionally, Douglas Elliman recognized him as a “Rising Star”, in which he was hand selected alongside nineteen other Long Island “Up and coming” agents to receive private instruction by Douglas Elliman’s CEO, Howard Lorber. He has had many articles published about his sales in the Long Island Business News. Titles such as, “Priciest home sales in Brookville, Priciest home sales in Woodbury”. In recent years, Daniel was awarded Long Island Board of Realtors, “Top 20 Under 40” by YPN in 2020.
After receiving “Top 20 Under 40” by the Young Professionals Network, Daniel found a higher calling in Public Service for the Long Island Real Estate Industry. In 2020, he was elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the YPN, and has since been re-elected year after year. The Young Professionals Network is an organization that strives to unite young professionals in the Real Estate industry and cultivate new leadership for roles at Local, State, and National Level. Additionally, providing the right mentorship and guidance for passionate agents to have access to the highest levels of success. In 2022, Daniel was recognized for his “Exceptional commitment, contributions and leadership to Long Island Board of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network”, by LIBOR’s CEO, Tessa Hultz.
As a graduate of Massapequa’s Plainedge High School, Daniel went on to receive a degree in Business Marketing at SUNY Old Westbury College. Before getting into Real Estate he was employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. In that high stress environment, Daniel quickly adapted a keen sense of perfectionism and patience. There can be no mistakes when filling prescriptions. He carries that same mantra into his Real Estate career. Along with his social media expertise, Daniel takes an analytical approach when marketing his properties. “Every property is different and they all require their own special approach”, he would say.
To date, Daniel has been involved in over a hundred Real Estate transactions. He is well versed in all aspects of the industry.
