Dan is an excellent realtor! I contacted Dan with a last minute request. Dan was pleasant and understanding and willing to handle the matter immediately. I described my need for a market value analysis of my home. Dan was very patient. He listened to my concerns and asked pertinent questions. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and up-to-date regarding the current house market. Dan prepared a comprehensive analysis using the most updated software and information tailored to my needs. Dan sent me the analysis within an hour! Dan followed up to see if I had any questions, which was important to me. I highly recommend Dan; he is a true professional with emphasis on meeting the needs of the customer!

Dan is well-informed, well-connected, patient, and kind. The professionals he surrounds himself with reflect the professionalism he displays during his portions of the Real Estate transaction, and that's super important because the number of people you need to coordinate with during the process is vast, and to have someone like Dan with you every step of the way changes the game from 'anxiety' to 'confidence'. He helped us close on our purchase and then took on listing our home and offering us his sage guidance through the staging and showings.
