Dan was super helpful and knowledgeable during our process as first timers buying. He really helped us with the whole procedure talking us through things, helping us by recommending other people to help us like a good lawyer. He was always available to call or text and helped us follow up all the time with the sellers and lawyers and broker. Overall such a great guy to work with and was super flexible to our needs and knew the market really well. Closed on our new place in record time!

I was managing my mother's rental property and my tenant needed to break his lease early —in the middle of December 2018. It was my mom's intention to sell the unit st the end of his lease — in the spring. Neither my mom or I are experienced in these type of real estate transactions and all of the lingo, laws, and protocols of the market. I needed to find and agent whom I could trust and who would walk me through the process to maximize my mother's profit with minimal investment of time and resources.

If you are in a similar situation — if you are green about these things and just want the process to be over with as quickly as possible — look no further than Dan Richardson. Once I completed the maintenance Dan suggested to prepare the unit for market, and gathered all the required documentation (once again, clearly explained by Dan), the purchase and closing happened within less than 6 weeks. It was such a relief to have it over with and I feel that we earned a fair profit.

Definitely will use Dan again the next time I need a real estate agent.

I would recommend Dan Richardson as a real estate agent. He helped throughout the process with negotiations, quick with comps to compare the house value, and was a good sounding board for questions and concerns.

He made buying a home a good memory for my wife and I. We would use his expertise again whether buying a home or investment property.
