Daniel Rodriguez is an amazing individual. His ethics and professionalism are beyond reproach. He's also super informed about the local real estate scene and the nuances of making a quality offer. When he's working for you, you have a real pro on your side. Oh, and he's super patient - we looked for more than a year with him and he ALWAYS accommodated us. He got off a flight on Easter Sunday and showed us a house that afternoon. That's how committed he is. And great personality. Over that period of time, we became friends. I can't say enough nice things about this guy. I hope you are lucky enough to secure him as your agent!

Being prior military himself, he understands the unique challenges that come along with a PCS. He used his knowledge and expertise to guide us through today’s crazy housing market.

Prior to listing, he provided easy recommendations for staging/repairs. During listing, he personally captured professional-quality photographs and generated a virtual floor plan/3D walk-through that really made our listing stand out. After listing, we had garnered several offers within 24 hours. Daniel carefully explained each individual offer and gave his professional pro/cons of each to both maximize sales proceeds and to allow for ease of closing. Once we accepted an offer, Daniel continued to work diligently throughout the closing process to negotiate terms that better met our unique needs.

When I got the opportunity to write this review of Daniel Rodriguez, I was truly happy and excited to share with any potential clients just how great a job and how great of a person he is!

From a home seller perspective, Daniel took amazing pictures of the house, both inside and out and of course, used a drone to cover the yard, etc. They came out perfectly! I was very pleased with how the pictures looked and at the service Daniel provided as far as getting the listing online and ready to go. He also helped me to find the right list price and helped to justify the offer I received by researching comps in the local area to justify the offer we received.

From a personal perspective, Daniel was respectful, supportive, and generous with his time and resources to a level that I did not believe was possible. I have dealt with a few Realtors at this point in my life, and never have I met someone who was so willing to help get a deal done and take steps to ensure that I, as a person, was taken care of as well.

Daniel was by far the best Realtor I have ever met, and I would trust him with anything in the future. This is a man of principles and integrity and I would strongly advise that you give him the chance to earn your business.

I am very pleased with the service Daniel Rodriguez provided! He ensured I got a great deal with selling my house. I was leaving for overseas in a very short period of time. Even with me being in a different country, he was able to expeditiously find a buyer. He was very friendly and helped me with every step along the way. When I had questions he took the time to go over them with me and provide a clear answer. Daniel Rodriguez is by far the best realtor in Arkansas. My wife and I had experience with other realtors and none have come close to Daniel. His knowledge and experience lead to a stress free buyers experience. He is prior military and looks out for our troops. He is part of the homes for heros program where military/first responders get money back after purchase. Not only did we gain our first home but we also gained a good friend.

Daniel was such an awesome realtor to work with! From the start he was clearly dedicated to helping us find the perfect house. We had a list of about 8-10 that we were interested in and he somehow managed to set up walk-throughs for all of them on short notice. He was knowledgeable about every house and when we finally picked the right one he helped us negotiate a great deal on it! He was organized and kept us up to date on every part of the process ,and was quick to respond to emails or texts when we had questions. OMG! I literally inquired about House Hunting one day and the next Jennifer Morris reached out me ready to go. That same day she provides two loan agents for me to speak with. Daniel Rodriguez was was the most honest and helpful realtor I could have asked for while searching for my first house. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went out of his way, around the clock, to ensure I could view homes based around my schedule while I was working an off-shift. On several occasions, I thought I found the right house for all the right reasons, but instead of taking the easy way out and just selling me the house, he informed me of all the bad things he saw in those houses through his experience/expertise that I would have never noticed. So we continued our search. That’s where the honesty comes in.

When I finally found the right house, he did a great job in helping me negotiate to get all the terms I wanted, and then some. He also walked me through the entire long process/paperwork of buying a house and was always just a phone call away, something that I needed having never bought a house before. When it was all said and done, he even paid a professional to sanitize all the carpets! Daniel went above and beyond! We are a military family who just had a baby and were moving from Florida to Arkansas. We were unable to travel to look for houses. Daniel sent us many videos, pictures, and anything we asked and it made us feel like we were right there in person. The process was seamless. Daniel Rodriguez went above and beyond what you would expect a realtor to do, he worked tirelessly to help me sell my house. Daniel did everything he could to make sure I not only understood what was going on and explain but helped with everything from answering question at random times and staying in touch. Never have I met a realtor who puts in as much work as he does. Multiple friends of mine who have gone threw him have said the same thing! If you are military or former military he has great information and benefits for you! I will be sending all of my friends to him because of the experience I had with him.
