Daniel Rosa

Daniel Rosa was born in 1972 from Parents who migrated from the Azore Islands in 1960. Dan has become a self made entrepreneur with only his mind, will and business degree from NH Technical College in Nashua NH. Before he got into Real Estate he was in the electrical field, landscaping and the hospitality industry. In 1998, he became a NH Real Estate Agent and in 2000, he was a Broker in NH & MA. Since then he has owned and operated three brokerages closing over half a billion dollars in sales. His most recent Real Estate Company is Century 21 North Shore Platinum Realty. At the turn of the 21st century, Dan started his own Property Management Company called The Gleam Team LLC that primarily manages single family homes, condos and apartment houses. His Real Estate and Management Company still exist today. Thriving on a passion for excellence and advise from his Father when he was a boy , Dan continues to have a good heart, always does the right thing and never takes anything for granted. Combined with two other exceptional entrepreneurs Dan feels this new company called Granite Management Solutions Corporation will dominate the industry in the coming years. Dan feels he can contribute to making the business of association management better for his clients, the public and the developments he is working for. Dan is currently unmarried and lives in Manchester NH.
