Daniel is very smart when it comes to real estate. He helped explain and break down terminology that my husband and I didn’t understand. He broke down what it meant to have conventional loan versus an fha loan amongst others. He explained the taxes and the importances of having money down and saved. He helped us look for ways to work on our credit and advised us wisely before jumping into mortgage. He’s patient and very dedicated you can truly tell he loves what he does! As a first time home buyer who really lost faith in this process I would recommend Daniel eyes closed! From our initial call all the way up to showing up with on closing day and assuring snow was clear - he was attentive to every detail. No matter what scenario presented he always had a positive way to keep us informed. The final touch to this was the fact that he wasn’t just selling a home, he was honest and let us know the reality and how we can overcome hurdles.
