About Daniel
Daniel Sencabaugh, a partner of the firm, is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A. 2003) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2007). A member of the bars of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Mr. Sencabaugh’s practice focuses on civil litigation, construction law and real estate (including planning, conservation, licensing and zoning). He frequently represents both corporate and individual clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies. Representative clients include general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners and developers on public and private construction projects, as well as hospitality and retail industry entities.
Mr. Sencabaugh has been featured in Boston Magazine and by New England Super Lawyers as a Massachusetts Rising Star in the field of general litigation, an honor that recognizes the top 2.5 percent of attorneys 40 years old and under or in practice for 10 years or less.
Mr. Sencabaugh is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Tufts Lawyers Association. He serves on the City of Peabody Zoning Board of Appeals and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. An avid Boston sports fan, he enjoys golf and summer vacations with his wife, three children and extended family in Maine.
